SWISS EMBA International Program Structure

The Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program is designed to be completed in 10 months, providing a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of business management while accommodating participants’ professional commitments.
The program consists of 10 modules, each worth 6 ECTS credits. This balanced structure ensures comprehensive coverage of all key areas of business management.
Extensive Study and Research: Flexible learning that allows students to progress at their own pace.
Practical Case Study Analysis: Applying theoretical concepts directly to real-world business situations.
Flexible Scheduling: Sessions are designed to maximize learning outcomes while accommodating participants’ professional commitments.
The detailed session schedule will be provided to students after registration.
Two interactive mentoring sessions per month, totaling four hours, held on Saturdays from 5:00–6:00 PM and 6:15–7:15 PM. These sessions provide opportunities to exchange ideas, receive direct feedback, and address potential challenges throughout the program with guidance from Mahan faculty members.
The program is delivered through a blended online learning format:
- Live Online Sessions: Interactive mentoring sessions.
- Main Program: Delivered through the official UMEF University website.
The UMEF online platform provides real-time reports on student activity, enabling faculty members to monitor progress, identify students who may be at risk, and offer timely support. This proactive approach helps address challenges early and supports students in achieving academic success.
At the end of each module, students must complete an assessment, which may take the form of a written exam, oral examination, research project, or multiple-choice test.
Passing each assessment is required to progress to the next module.
An additional benefit: Students at Mahan Business School are provided with up to three examination attempts at the end of each module. This opportunity is exclusively available to Mahan Business School students.
