Leadership Program Learning Methodology
Interactive Lectures and Practical Workshops
Participants will benefit from instruction by executives with real-world experience, interactive teaching methods, and practical workshops. The program features some of the most experienced and distinguished instructors.
Challenges
Each module includes a challenge through an individual assignment or project that encourages participants to apply what they have learned. Participants are required to present their projects in dedicated sessions to evaluate their learnings. Completing these assignments is mandatory.
Executive Coaching
Participants will have the opportunity to attend up to four individual coaching or therapy sessions for personal analysis and development. These sessions may include coaching conversations or psychotherapy if needed.
Case Studies
Case study analysis is a well-established method for advanced executive learning. Through analyzing real business scenarios, participants will strengthen their decision-making and problem-solving skills. The program includes three official case study sessions known as Mahan Case School.
Mentoring
During the program, participants will attend group sessions where they learn from the experiences of inspiring Iranian leaders.
Boot Camp
Participants will join two 2-day boot camps alongside other CEOs and senior executives in the leadership network. These camps focus on assessing and practicing soft leadership skills through group games and introspection.
Psychology Sessions
